The story of Tee-ta and Tiffany coming together is EPIC. And who knew I had a key role in their first conversation that began their collaboration journey together. So cool!
Their connection is truly incredible. I could feel their deep connection. How their souls were simultaneously enmeshed together and so unique and grounded in their individuality. It was truly so beautiful to behold.
Tiffany and Tee-ta so graciously walk us through their journey as a white woman and a black woman coming together to have difficult, meaningful and heartfelt conversations with one another that they so graciously share on their podcast together. Listening to them reflect on what it is like to collaborate together. Their heart behind their collaboration. It’s just so good!
I loved hearing from both of them what it looks like for each of them to own their voice and speak their truth. We explore the necessity of failure and releasing the cultural need and expectation for perfection.
And in the very quotable words of Tee-ta, “If we try to be perfect, then there’s no room to be great.”
