My spiritual journey began at the age of 22 in NYC. It took me all over the world including Guatemala, Thailand, Nepal, Peru, Canada, Italy, Australia, and Bali.
I’m Sora .
Created from stardust, a child of the cosmos, and the daughter of J. Sook and C. No.
My mother, courageous and led by love, entered the states and only a year later gave birth to me in a hospital foreign to her. She did not know the language, alone, holding onto nurses who encouraged her as she gave birth to me naturally. She fought, moving through her fear, feeling isolated, knowing this must be done.
My father, needing to see the world, to experience all of it his way, saved his money to only be robbed by his father and brother. My dad, the seeker of freedom, the one who jumped train cars with no money because he wanted to see his beautiful country. He was graced by generosity as he found places to sleep and food to eat. Even when his shoes were taken and he walked barefoot until the next village, he held onto hope.
I am birth from courage and hope.
My name is the sacred conch, created in the water and used to alchemize air into a sound that is then carried across the lands by the Great Winds. It is the sound of courage, it is the sound of hope. Together it binds me to my path. No, it binds my existence.

As a Minster of Walking Prayer she blends real-world experience with mystical transformation, ritualistic practices, inner reflection, conscious communication, and innovative circle work to help luminaries create great impact within their communities.
