I am Carin Klinger.

I am a Trauma Informed Mindfulness Life + Energy Coach and a Gentle Yoga Teacher. I believe in the power of healing and transformation on every level- physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic. After three decades of personal growth, my journey has culminated in a profound dedication to woman-centered healing. I’m a single mama of 2 grown gals, a stroke survivor, counselor, yoga teacher, meditation instructor, and an energy coach. For years, people told me that my interests were too diverse but I finally connected the dots. I now enjoy the magic of blending all my diverse knowledge and passions. I hold a sacred, tender and sovereign space allowing you to go deep into your own body. This work opens opportunities to deepen inner awareness, to befriend and heal the body, and help release old stories and patterns. You already have the answers you need, if you’re willing to access and trust them. Your session arrives through you…my calling is to walk along side you.
